Returns

We want your item(s) to be nothing short of delightful! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase for all full-priced items. This store credit does not expire and can be used on anything else from our website or brick-and-mortar store so you're sure to find something you love! 

It is our store policy that cash refunds will only be offered in the case of manufacturing faults or damage in transit. 

Before you make a return, please check that the item(s) you want to return meet the following requirements: 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of package delivery / in-store purchase. 
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original unused, unwashed, unworn state. 
  • Merchandise must have original tags still attached. 
  • Any products purchased as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. 
  • We do not accept returns on the following items: intimates, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products, food, candy. 
  • All seasonal and holiday items are final sale.

When returns are received, we aim to process them within 2 business days. During busy periods such as the holidays, there may be a minor delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you are using the original Pear & Simple packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your item(s) back to us. Pear & Simple is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Exchanges 
If you’d like to order a different size/color of an item, you can return your merchandise as soon as possible to avoid missing out on your desired size / color. We'll issue you store credit on all items eligible for returns. Once your account is credited, you can use the store credit to order an alternate size / color, or anything else that catches your eye. If you’re concerned that an item will be sold out by the time you receive your store credit, please email us at info@pearandsimple.com and we will do our best to hold the item for you. 

Store Credit 
Once we receive and process your return, you should receive an email containing your store credit amount with a code to use at checkout. You can also view your store credit balance at any time by logging into your Pear & Simple account. Your store credit can only be used at pearandsimple.com or at our brick-and-mortar store. Unfortunately, it cannot be transferred to cash, another person, or another account.  

Damaged Items 
We do our best to inspect products and pack items properly before sending out packages. However, we do understand that damage can happen in transit. In this case, please contact info@pearandsimple.com as soon as possible with a photo of the fault so we can verify the damage and accommodate you properly. Refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed without this.
